Calum MacNeill QC

Calum MacNeill QC has been a member of the Faculty of Advocates since 1992, a Queen’s Counsel since 2007 and a CEDR accredited mediator since 2005.
He has been principal mediator in engineering, professional services and construction disputes.
He has litigation experience in most aspects of civil law, especially commercial, construction, professional negligence and employment.
He was an Advocate depute (prosecuting serious crime) 1998 – 2001, and a Standing Junior to the Scottish Ministers 2003 – 2006. Calum is also involved in teaching advocacy skills to intrants to the Faculty of Advocates.
