Oil and Gas - termination of employment

This mediation concerned claims by a senior employee for salary and other remuneration and bonuses. The employee had been off work, ill, for some time and would not return. 

A number of issues needed to be addressed , including recognition of contribution made to a difficult project, before satisfactory closure could be achieved, thus avoiding more formal claims and counter-claims.
