This course is for decision-makers, managers, legal and other advisers, leaders, negotiators, or anyone who has to deal with difficult situations, disputes or decisions.

Module 1 is an excellent introduction to the skills of handling conflict and differences and covers conflict management, negotiation and mediation in commercial, workplace and organisational settings.

Choose your Mediation Stream

In this course, we will offer three distinct streams for one full day of role play and discussion:

- Commercial Contract and Professional Negligence
- Workplace, Management and Employment
- Construction and Property

Completion of this module leads to Core's Certificate of Attendance at Mediation Training.

Module 2: Optional Mediator Assessment

This module is optional for all those who, having undertaken module 1, wish to undergo Core’s assessment process for mediators. This involves two formal assessment days preceded by a practice day, successful completion of which will entitle the participant to receive Core’s highly valued Certificate of Competence in Mediation Skills.
