Mediation in Australia
We recently welcomed Margaret Halsmith, chair of the leading mediation organisation in Australia, LEADR.
She told us about the National ADR Advisory Council (NADRAC) which reports directly on ADR issues to the federal Attorney General, and the Schools Conflict Resolution and Mediation programme (SCRAM ), and various other initiatives in that country.
