Mediators Beyond Borders, of which Ken Cloke is President, is the only dispute resolution organisation with non-observer status at the vital summit talks on climate change (COP 15) in Copenhagen in December, which has been described as “the most important date in the history of humanity”. 

Mediators from around the globe will meet together to press for inclusion of mediation in the protocols for resolution of disputes arising in connection with the impact of climate change.
