Mediation Update
As Core approaches its 600th mediation day, we have been reviewing our statistics. By October, 2011 was already our busiest year, with a significant increase in mediations in many sectors, including environment and planning.
Commercial contracts continue to account for over 30% of our mediations, with management, workplace and employment at nearly 24%, and professional services at 12%.
Our geographical spread includes all parts of Scotland, many parts of England and Ireland.
Overall success rates continue at a high level of around 90% and most mediations conclude in a day - and at a sociable hour!
