When To Use Mediation
Mediation can be used at any stage in any situation where there is an unresolved difficulty or dispute, in any type of business, commercial, organisational, professional or personal relationship.
Mediation helps people to find a practical solution to difficulties in a working or business relationship, or to manage problems as they arise in contracts, through to helping to resolve disputes and conflict when these have become litigious or polarised.
It can be used whether or not court or other formal proceedings are in progress - and often where there is no suggestion of any formal proceedings but a need to deal with some issue quickly and effectively. Mediation has been used at all stages in court actions, right up to the appeal stage.
We are happy to meet or talk with you at any stage, without commitment or cost, to discuss:
- whether a particular matter is suitable for mediation
- how mediation would work
- how to make the best use of the mediation process
- how to prepare effectively
Matters can often be dealt with at short notice: Nip it in the Bud!
