Communicating in Difficult Situations

It was a real pleasure to join you in the workshops this week. We covered a lot of ground and I do hope that this will be a good platform for the next seven months and beyond.

In any event, I hope that the material in the slides is of use to you as you work through the many issues which will inevitably arise in the months ahead. Life is not perfect after all!

 

I do encourage you to complete the learning logs at the back of the workbook and to establish protocols for future working whether as a team, a group or even as an individual.  This will give you something to aim for - and to use as a benchmark.
