Why Mediation and
Conflict Management Skills?
In the
past several years, there has been a significant increase in the use of
mediation in the commercial, public and professional services sectors and in
the workplace, organisations and elsewhere. Mediation is being used
formally and informally; the skills of mediation can be applied in many situations.
This is
an opportunity for you to be part of a significant change in the way we manage
and resolve differences, conflicts and disputes – and to enhance your portfolio
of skills.
“I am now converted to mediation as a
fantastic means of enabling people to see solutions where they could not.”
Stephen Gibb - Partner, Shepherd and

mediation in commercial, workplace and organisational settings.
In recent courses, participants
have come from a variety of backgrounds from throughout Scotland, England,
